The service

LoopBrief is an interview preparation service operated by a sole proprietor in the United States. You provide materials about your scheduled interview loop (job description, schedule, interviewer names, résumé, and career stories); we deliver a personalized preparation package: interviewer briefing, predicted questions with walkthroughs, a behavioral story bank, and a paced plan.

• LoopBrief does not join, listen to, record, or assist during any live interview. It is preparation only.
• Predictions are research-based estimates with confidence labels. We do not guarantee that any predicted question will be asked.
• We do not guarantee any employment outcome — interviews, offers, or compensation.
• Interviewer research uses public sources and URLs you provide. We never contact interviewers, and you agree not to redistribute interviewer briefings.
• You confirm you are authorized to share the materials you submit, and that you will use the package for your own preparation only.
• You are responsible for complying with any agreements you have signed with employers or recruiters. Do not submit materials marked confidential or information about unreleased products — we only need interview logistics, public materials, and your own experiences.

Payment and refunds

• Founding price: $99 per interview loop, one-time, charged before work begins via Stripe.
• Full refund within 14 days of package delivery if the package is not useful to you — one email to hello@loopbrief.dev, no debate.
• If we cannot build a serious package for your loop (for example, the panel has no public footprint), we will tell you before you pay — or refund in full if we discover it after.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally the same day.

Privacy notice

What we collect: contact details (email), loop materials (job description, schedule, interviewer names and URLs, recruiter prep notes), your résumé, and the career stories you submit. The early-access form collects company, role, stage, and email only.

How we use it: solely to build and deliver your preparation package and update it between rounds. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties beyond the processors below, or use it in marketing without your separate written opt-in.

Processors: form submissions (Web3Forms, delivered to our mailbox), payment (Stripe), package artifacts (private upload form and access-controlled delivery workspace), and LLM APIs used for research and generation — configured with training disabled and retention minimized where the provider supports it. A current list of processors is available on request.

Retention and deletion: your materials are deleted on request at any time, including mid-engagement, normally within 48 hours. Absent a request, loop materials are routinely deleted within 90 days after your loop ends.

Third parties in your materials: interviewer and recruiter names appear in materials you submit. We use them only to prepare you, never publish them, and delete them on the same schedule as everything else.

Your rights: request access, correction, or deletion of your data any time at hello@loopbrief.dev. California residents: we collect the categories above for the purposes above, retain them as described, and do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
